If you need to have your home's waterproofing fixed, the company will come in, remove and pile and interlock you've got, dig the trench to do their work, and backfill the hole. Then they'll tell you to wait 2 to 3 months before putting the stones back. Except they don't do this work for you. Even worse is that all the cut stones are left in a pile, like puzzle pieces with no before picture.
Leveled Ground to the rescue!
We've begun working with RCC Waterproofing and their Midtown Toronto clients to replace the interlock once the ground has settled.
We dig out the backfill, replace it with crushed stone, compact and grade it away from the house, and lay the interlocking pavers back down. We re-cut any edging stones that need it, fill the joints with Polymeric sand, the stones are power washed, and the property looks good as new!
